EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU law. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the item, provided you have been informed of your withdrawal rights. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- In its original packaging, with the security seal intact (where applicable). Note: You may inspect the item as you would in a store. Removing the seal is not necessary for the reasonable inspection of the goods.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@klingjewels.de or use our Sample Withdrawal Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. You must use the provided return shipping label to ensure proper handling. If you choose to use your own shipping label, you are responsible for ensuring the item is adequately insured, as it remains your property until it reaches Kling Jewels, and you bear the risk of loss or damage during transit. Return shipping costs:
- You bear the cost if returning all items from your order, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We cover the cost if you keep at least one item from the order.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@klingjewels.de if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll resolve the issue through a refund, replacement, or other remedies. Your statutory warranty rights (e.g., repair or replacement for defective items) apply for at least two years from delivery, independent of our return policy. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, except where covered by the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (if not personalized) or defective:
- Custom or personalized designs (e.g., jewelry made to your specifications), as these are exempt from returns under EU law.
- Sale items or gift cards, unless defective.
- Items where the security seal is broken.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item as described above. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item via our Products Page. This ensures you receive your new jewelry quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, and no later than 14 days from receipt of the return, as required by EU law. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

Returns for Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, our 14-day return policy applies worldwide. Return shipping costs follow the same rules as above. You must use the provided return shipping label to ensure proper handling.
