We offer free standard shipping within Germany and other European Union countries. Additionally, advanced shipping with priority treatment is available for an additional charge. Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the items:

3. Shipping Process

We ship our products with reliable logistics partners such as DHL or Deutsche Post. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international shipments, which are to be borne by the recipient.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@klingjewels.de or via our Contact page. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect. Customers must use the provided shipping label for returns.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods.
